NEW MEETING DATE: MONDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2013
Last week, our blog alerted you to a proposed Richmond City Council ordinance that would recognize same-sex marriages performed outside of Virginia. Friday we received notice that this ordinance will not be debated at the September 9th City Council meeting. The hearing has been postponed until October 14th.
