Pandemic-altered 2021 General Assembly session focused on fewer bills, still yielded far-reaching outcomes
This General Assembly session (Jan. 13 – March 1) was unique, with strict bill filing caps and virtual-only public comment at committee hearings. Although committees addressed fewer bills than in prior years, this year’s results were still undeniably far-reaching.
