Important updates on bills, attend VA March for Life
Important updates on bills and VA March for Life Reminder

Earlier this month, we sent you an alert regarding bills that would end lives and threaten to compel organizations to provide or pay for abortion-inducing drugs and devices, contraceptives, IVF and embryo banking. Nearly 2,000 people took action by sending a message to Governor Youngkin urging him to veto these bills. Thank you for your advocacy!
We now have an update. Governor Youngkin proposed amendments to these bills that address religious liberty and conscience rights. This Wednesday (April 2), the General Assembly will decide whether to accept or reject these amendments. If the amendments are accepted, the amended bills will become law. If they are rejected, the original bills will return to the Governor’s desk for final decisions.
We support efforts to protect religious liberty and conscience. At the same time, we continue to oppose the underlying bills and the broader harmful impacts they would have on life, even if conscience protections are added. We will keep you posted.
Also on Wednesday, please remember to attend the Virginia March for Life in Richmond! Register here and see more details!
